Resin and concrete, dim variable, Folkestone Triennial, 2021
Surface Flows is public work commissioned for Folkestone Triennial, installed on the roll on ferry ramp which was epicentre of Folkestones economy and its connectedness to Europe, bearing uncounted tones of goods and multitudes of people.
Work reminds us of the flow of goods and people around the world, often by water, and generally reaching their destination but sometime floundering.
